Overweight children often have snoring problems, butif these two states are linked, it’s not just dieting for helping to find a good sleep. Between 20 and 40 minutes of physical activity per day would suffice to solve this problem.
1. Overweight generates sleep
An overweight child in four has difficulty sleeping. They are mainly snoring and sleep apnea. The latter is defined by a succession of short stops in breathing during sleep. While the children took more active muscle, lost fat and improved their cardiovascular system, but they also saw their sleep problems disappear. Over 80% of children got rid of their snoring by doing a physical activity.
